Meet
Adam
Adam brings 20 years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, and catering industries. Over the years, he has worked at Grinder restaurant, the Esterel Hotel, and Festigout Traiteur. His journey eventually led him to develop a passion for entrepreneurship, becoming the owner of La Cena Traiteur.
Driven by his love for gastronomy, Adam has continuously refined his culinary skills—exploring new techniques and discovering unique flavors that have enriched his craft. His career reflects a deep commitment to culinary excellence and a constant desire to exceed clients’ expectations.
Longtime friends, Adam and Guillaume recently partnered to take over Bon Appétit Traiteur alongside John, a cornerstone of the business. Together, they are committed to evolving the company while honoring its spirit. Their vision: authentic, festive cuisine, always served from the heart.

Meet
Guillaume
Guillaume is a passionate chef who made his mark on Montreal’s culinary scene, notably at Soubois. After several years navigating the vibrant world of restaurants, he chose to return to the very essence of his craft: cooking with love and serving generous, comforting cuisine.
Alongside his lifelong friend Adam, Guillaume has taken the helm of Bon Appétit Traiteur, joined by John, a beloved figure of the business.
His vision is simple: to offer generous, refined, and accessible food that brightens everyday life and enhances life’s special moments. Weddings, birthdays, office parties, or family dinners — every occasion deserves to be celebrated in good taste.
For Guillaume, cooking is above all a way to connect with people, to share joy… and to bring a smile with a good lasagna.
